CEO, President
Business Administration, Interiors, Marketing, and Public Relations
Wanda has 38 years of experience in interior design, with 19 years at Durham and Associates. She handles complexities within the architecturally built environment to ensure a design that is work-productive and esthetically pleasing. Her work is well respected throughout New Mexico and west Texas.

Larry D. Mitchell, AIA
Architect of Record
Larry has 17 years of experience in architecture, all at Durham and Associates, and is directly involved in all aspects of the architectural process; from client contact through construction administration. He has been responsible for a wide variety of educational, commercial, religious, and industrial buildings.

Juan Dorado
Intern Architect
Juan joined Durham and Associates in 2008. His experience in BIM/3D modeling, computer programming and digital rendering has been a good asset to the team. As a recent graduate of the University of New Mexico, he allows the firm to keep posted on the newly released technology that aids in the design of new projects.

Janice Pope
Administrative Assistant / Office Manager
Janice, originally born in Canyon, TX, came to Carlsbad, New Mexico in June of 1986. She began working for Durham & Associates in May of 2009. At the office, she plays a key role in the production of specifications, client interaction, and office opperations.
